At SilverLily, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your jewellery purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy to make the process as easy and seamless as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on all non-customised jewellery pieces within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and receipts.
2. Returns Procedure:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at silverlilyindia@gmail.com / +91 8208497203 within 15 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return the item.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to proceed.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including any certificates and receipts, to ensure it is adequately protected during transit.
- Clearly write the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs:
For returns due to a change of mind or preference, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, SiverLily will bear the return shipping expenses.
4. Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
5. Customized and Engraved Items:
As personalized and engraved jewelry pieces are crafted uniquely for each customer, they are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs in such cases.
7. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, kindly initiate a return as per the above policy, and then place a new order for the desired item.
